You guide new clients from their first call to their first withdrawal: account activation, platform walkthroughs, deposit assistance in rand and ongoing portfolio check-ins. Strong phone manner matters more than a finance degree. We will teach you the platform; you bring the patience to teach it forward. Salary is market-related plus performance incentives.
You monitor crypto and FX markets, curate the strategy templates our clients launch, and write the plain-language market notes the platform sends out. Two or more years of hands-on market analysis and clear writing in English are essential. Familiarity with rand pairs and gold is an advantage.
You run identity verification reviews, keep our AML/KYC procedures sharp and coordinate with the documentation team as requirements change. Experience in a financial services compliance role and working knowledge of POPIA and FIC Act obligations are required.
You answer client emails and callbacks about deposits, withdrawals, account access and reports, and you escalate what needs a specialist. Clear written English, calm phone presence and basic numeracy are the core skills. Trading knowledge helps but is not a requirement to apply.
You build and maintain the client dashboard and public site: semantic HTML, modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript. Our stack is deliberately build-step light, so craft matters more than framework trivia. You will collaborate closely with designers and the API team.
